When children are around other children for long periods of time frequent colds are common. There is no vitamin or immune booster that can help. Frequent hand washing and using a mask could help but that isn't possible with a 2.5 yr old.

His response of getting all these new illnesses as he is now exposed to new viruses/illness is quite normal and actually a good thing. You want him to get these things gs whole he us young and has a robust immune system to respond to these various germs. Don't try and stop that from happening. A good varied diet is your best immune booster. but if concerned, just a general kid's vitamin is fine.
