I have class 2 div 1 malocclusion... with 5mm crowding in lower arch incisors... my doctor has not extracted my lower premolars on my request... only upper two premolars r extracted... now on treatment the lower incisors has proclined about 8mm to 10mm...

OK: You've admitted it. You made a mistake. Severe protrusion is the result of trying to uncrowd teeth when there isn't enough room, and severely compromises bone/gum support as well as function/stability. Please return to your treating Dentist or (hopefully) Orthodontic Specialist for reevaluation and updated treatment plan.

Treatment Plan: Please revisit your orthodontist and discuss your concerns. It would be wise to follow their treatment recommendation. You've dictated a treatment sequence that was obviously not correct for your situation.
