I have 8 month foot sprain now. i didnt have a complete rest and treatment due to schedule but did go to see doctor and use brace.what should i do now?

Rest: Rest, ice, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (ibuprofen or naproxen or celecoxib) are typically the initial treatment of choice initially for musculoskeletal injuries. Foot injuries tend to take a long time to heal. If persistent and/or severe, consider a consultation with an orthopedic foot and ankle specialist or podiatrist. May need imaging depending on severity of symptoms and exam.
