Hard to imagine.: I am not really sure what is meant by "tibial cyst", especially in the foot. There is a cyst involving the tibial sesamoid under the big toe. there might also be a synovial cyst located in various locations on the foot. Please see if you are able to describe the location or a more precise type of cyst.
