? globus: Globus sensation isn't uncommon, and sometimes hard to treat, your story was truncated, so I am not sure what you wanted to add, I trust all the specialists you saw ruled out common causes and didn't find an objective evidence for your symptoms,at any rate reflux can be a cause, if it wasn't thought of already, OTC PPI for 2-3 weeks can help, if not, I suggest psychiatrist/GI evaluation, goodluck
