Tried getting an eyelash off of my eye but it went in the outer corner of my eye and i can no longer see it, will it come out on its own later?

Yes.: If is not bothering you it will come out with your next warm shower/shampoo. You could also try some saline drops or Visine, but best to let it come out on its own.

Eyelash in the eye.: Try to blink your eye in a small cup full of water several times over the sink. It shoud come out, you will see it. It also can come out by itself, good luck.
