Long or short term: If this is a long term or short term problem then use warm compresses to use in am.Possible allergic conjunctivitis if long term.possible seborrhea in eyelashes.Short term could be viral or bacterial conjunctivitis.Long term dry eyes could be dry eye syndrome-fish oil or artificial tears help.
