Pilot or passenger?: As a pilot, safety would be determined by official medical clearance, trust you are a passenger, if it is a pressurized carrier, there shouldn't be a problem, but take your medicines, use nasal decongestant drops before the flight take off and before landing, if otherwise better hold till you feel better, you are describing symptoms of external and inner ear affection, please keep the follow up
