Call your OB: this could be a variety of things, so its time to call your OB physician or midwife. Even if its after hours, someone is usually on call. You probably need some labs done and some monitoring for contractions. Call the office now and see if it either rolls over to the answering service or if you get instructions about what to do. If you're on the West coast the office may still be open.
