Positive test: A pregnancy test is positive if there is any color in the positive line. I don't know why the other was negative. You should see your doctor tomorrow for a test. Even if you are not pregnant, you need to be seen for the other symptoms. If your headache is very severe and is "the worst headache of your life", you should be seen at the emergency department.
