It's very common for the migraines to have different forms over time (more headache, more nausea, to begin having visual chenges, etc.).

Virus? Pregnancy?: Headache, nausea & fatigue are classic symptoms of a viral syndrome; treat symptoms. The "smell everything" would not be connected & is rare; one of the most usual causes is a side of effect of taking amphetamine or being exposed to something that could damage your sense of smell. Pregnancy could be considered; sometimes it seems like a period, but it is really bleeding in early pregnancy. ? test
