I've recently began to experience a feeling of constant "brain fog". this leads to nausea but i do not have any headaches. when i bend over i experience incredible pressure within my skull. any help would be appreciated!

Brain fog help: Brain fog can mean many things, eg, confusion, light-headedness, poor memory, fatigue.It's not a medical term or diagnosis. Causes may be nutritional, hormonal, cardiac, infection, neurologic etc. Best to see your pcp for a proper exam so your symptoms can be identified and treated. Meantime, avoid bending over. If you feel worse, go to urgent care or ER. I hope this helps.
