Headache and nausea: Severe headache with fatigue and nausea are possible symptoms of migraine headache, which can last up to 72 hours and classically occur on one side of the head. However, if this is your first episode, and especially if you are experiencing any fever or neck stiffness, it should be further evaluated promptly.
