Hi i have a visible pulsing artery on my pens when it is erect. it runs from the base to the head is this normal? also after ejaculating and i go flaccid i can see a pulse coming through the skin around the same area as the artery. is this a spasm.

Normal anatomy: Normal anatomy. This is not a spasm. There are lots of blood vessels in this area. Think about the veins on your hands that can be larger or smaller depending on need.
