Poss neck disk : When you get pain in the back of your shoulder blade and it radiates up your neck , think of a herniated disk in your neck. xrays are often normal look for pain radiating down arm into hand, pain aggravated when extending you neck and turning to either side. If you still have symptoms after 3-4 weeks and some therapy , might need a MRI of your neck good luck
