Cholecystitis: A poor functioning gall bladder can cause your symptoms. You may want to remove the gall bladder to see if this helps, but it's not guaranteed. Usually we remove the gall bladder when it is causing attacks of pain or infection. Adjusting your diet to minimize the fat content may be the best option.
