Many things: Cause swollen lymph nodes. Common causes are infection, autoimmune disorders (things like lupus and rheumatoid arthritis), dermatological conditions, tattoos, and medications that you take. Rarely swollen lymph nodes are cancers or lymphoma, so following this up and discovering the cause is really important. Good luck with finding that out.
