Dermatitis?: If you have a real dermatitis on the face, it may be rosacea, seborrhea, acne, or any of dozens of other less-common illnesses. If you spend your time reading "pop" claims about "gluten" causing everything, you'll never get any of these accurately diagnosed or treated effectively. If the rash is obvious to others, get it seen by your physician, now or at your next routine physical.

NO: Gluten is not related to this. Celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis are specific gluten sensitivity disorders which are diagnosed according to very specific protocols. Of those people who avoid gluten 99 out of 100 are dupes who derive no benefit from diets not based on any valid evidence. People are funny. It is so easy to sell them nonsense.
