A member asked:

Can dermatitis cause hypo-pigmentation? and can ketoconazole cream cause adrynyl suppression

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes and no: Dermatitis can cause hypopigmentation (tinea versicolor, a fungal infection, is an example) and ketoconazole cream, which is an antifungal cream and not a steroid cream, doesn't cause adrenal suppression.
