i get dizzy when driving at higher speeds. the feeling is like i am floating, or like i just got off a treadmill. feeling high saw a doctor, suspected vertigo, pills not working. this has been going on for 3 months now. not taking any meds. ?

Vertigo: Your sensation would be most likely related to vertigo or labyrinthine dysfunction. If this has been ongoing it would be a good to see an ENT or neurologist. Although medications not helping a referral to a therapist who can do an epley maneuver may be of help.
