i've got a hard, bony, immovable bump on the back of my head. it only hurts to the touch, but when touched it's painful.

Bony protuberance: Hi how long have you had it, if its hard and been there for long , its probably bony protuberance. if its painful, it can be shaved surgically. I would suggest seeing a doctor so they can examine and confirm
