Why is there stabbing pains every now and then in the left side of my upper abdomen, sort of under the bottom of my ribcages left side? Is it my spleen? Should I talk to my doctor?
I have has an ultrasound that shows n enlarged spleen for over 2 months now. I fell hard on concrete and landed on my left side/back. I am now hving more pain and it is also going into my left shoulder? The tylenol isnt working anymore??????

Lump appeared on bottom left ribcage after surviving covid-19. Ultrasound showed nothing. Now, the same lump is 3x times as big, and another lump has appeared underneath right rib cage causing extreme discomfort. Second opinion? Hepatosplenomegaly?
