Not likely.: Splenic artery aneurysms are usually asymptomatic. They generally do not grow beyond child bearing years, for some reason. And 15mm is not a big for this disorder. If you have no other vascular disease or hypertension, and you are 59 years old, it is unlikely that it is growing. Ask your doctor to be sure.
