Can you tell me why an X-ray would say there is a calcified splenic aneurysm and then an MRA only says a splenic aneurysm . Please help. ?

Had an MRA and CT head scan in 2013. Then had another CT head scan in 2019. All of them clear. Other than an "apparently" benign calcification. I fear brain bleeds etc. Have really sore head today and head pressure. Chance of it being aneurysm/bleed?
What will a MRA for a splenic artery aneurysm show? Will it pick up any other unknown problems like tumors etc in other organs?
