Is a 16x15x15mm splenic anerusym considered big or small? x-ray says calcified mra doesn't say calcified . how much will grow in 6 mos time frame?

Difficult to say: The splenic artery aneurysm you describe is small. The X-ray says calcified so it is. The mra may not really see calcium because of the way it is done. It should not grow much if any in 6 months of ever. The calcium will help keep it in line
