Splenic a. aneurysm: Many splenic artery aneurysms or found incidentally, when they are asymptomatic. They tend to grow slowly and may never cause problems. However, when they rupture, they are often fatal. Some groups advocate repairing them when they are asymptomatic, and yours is a borderline size for that. There are multiple options for repair, with some nonsurgical options possible. See your doctor. Good luck.
