Might be, needs to:: Not all mold that's black is the toxic Stachybotrys chartarum, but if it is it could not only cause swollen glands but even be FATAL. It is very important to get the mold tested to see what type it is- if it's stachybotrys she should move out of that room immediately until the mold is removed and the cause (usually a leaky roof) fixed.
