Related the question: I have no idea whether those things are related or not. Perhaps, the products you've been smoking contain some degree of contamination in them which have stimulated your immune system causing you to have chronically swollen lymph nodes....or you should bring this up to your doctor to take a look at since swollen lymph glands are never to be ignored.
