Night chest pain: The pattern of your symptoms suggests a diagnosis of GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease). The culprit is a weak sphincter muscle located just above the stomach which is not sealing the esophagus completely from stomach acid. This is worse when lying on your back, and when the stomach is full. Try NO Oral intake 3 hours before bedtime, sleep propped up, take antacids and acid blocker meds.

It can be: Tailbone injuries can be extremely painful. Fortunately, they rarely cause any permanent damage and rarely need any kind of intervention. Short answer is poor: There are many things you need to be aware of, and much of the literature or media-fueled "information" is based on a broad cross-section of surgeons (not all abps-certified plastic surgeons experienced in breast augmentation surgery). Why does my calf hurt when I stand on my toes?

Tight Calf Muscles!: The reason your calf hurts is how tight the entire muscle group is. When you stand on your toes, the calf muscle contracts, and if it is tight, then you may have pain. Performing runners' stretches are very beneficial and should help reduce the pain. If it continues, seek medical treatment with a podiatrist.

No easy answer: Ongoing pain in the upper abdomen that has not responded to standard treatments can pose a difficult problem to solve. Best to start with a thorough evaluation by a good gastroenterologist.
