Hard to say,: Two possibilities are eczema and psoriasis, but there are others. Hard to say without seeing. Evaluation: Hi, you need to see a doctor ASAP for evaluation, no way to diagnose a skin lesion without laying an eye on it. It could be fungus infection, it could be psoriasis (less likely because the lesions are in the wrong place for psoriasis) and lots of other possibilities.
