Sore throat: Not sure what tests have been performed. Mono won't get better in a month no matter how many antibiotics you take. There are other viral causes of sore throat. Strep is easily treated unless you are not taking the correct antibiotics (unlikely). In addition, if you are actually worse and have trouble swallowing or one sided pain in throat you should be seen.
