Not really: Pain more typical for fs. Both can cause weakness.

Dual problems: The numbness can be related to primal stenosis but not the visual problems which may be related to ms . The 2 conditions can coexist. You need evaluation with the neurologist as well as a specialist in rehabilitation medicine.
