Anything: Your headaches could be coming from tension, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, eye strain, teeth grinding, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems. See your dr you have a lot going on.

Possibly: Multiple sclerosis can present with a multitude of different symptoms. Certainly some of which you have mentioned. Given the number of complaints you have, i would suggest prompt neurologic evaluation.
