Painful swallowing: This could be significant or simply incidental. Acid in you feeding tube would suggest that, such as Esophagitis. Painful swallowing is also a possible indication of Pericarditis (look it up). At your age it is unlikely heart attack related ,unless you have a strong family history or do drugs :)
