You probably don't..: need to worry, but it is something to pay attention to. At your age, you likely strained your lumbar support muscles during some, even mild, activity. Pain with sitting often suggests some degeneration of a disc which leads to inflammation/slight instability. Most all back pain gets better in a few weeks. Learn Back Stabilization Exercises, rest, use ice/heat, and OTC meds. To Doc if not better.
