Atypical chest pain: The atypical chest pain you have does not sound like from the heart. As all the test were negative, it is likely a muscular or costo chondral that means inflammation in the cartilage near the mid sternal bone and the ribs. These conditions are not going to show up in any tests. It is a clinical diagnosis.
