Unlikely to help: Unless you have a vitamin deficiency, taking a supplement won't help (although some people claim that vit B12 works). The question is are you getting enough sleep (7 hrs)? Consider getting examined by your doctor to rule out causes for your fatigue (thyroid, anemia, depression etc)

Communication: Communication is the key. Let her know this bothers you. If this does not work, you both may benefit from different work out partners. However, competition can push you harder and can even improve things like libido. Good luck!

Has exercising with friends been shown to be healthier than exercising alone? E.G., is it better to run with friends or alone?

Yes: Studies have shown that having an exercise partner can lead to more consistent exercise as partners help to motivate and keep one another on track. In addition, it provides a social component to the physical ones gained in exercise. Choose a partner who is likely to keep going, and keep company you enjoy!
