Unlikely to help: Unless you have a vitamin deficiency, taking a supplement won't help (although some people claim that vit B12 works). The question is are you getting enough sleep (7 hrs)? Consider getting examined by your doctor to rule out causes for your fatigue (thyroid, anemia, depression etc)
