May be diabetic: I need to be honest with you. Urine sugar *usually* mean blood sugar is running high and that *usually* means the patient has diabetes. The A1C test will pretty much prove if you have diabetes or not, but, based on the UA, my most likely guess is that you have diabetes and have had it for a while. Get your A1C test at your doctor to find out and to decide what you need to do next.
