2 weeks: 2 weeks is too long to go without having your tooth abscess treated (root canal or extraction). Antibiotics will not "cure" an abscesses tooth, only control spread of the infection. Infection may be overwhelming the antibiotic. GI symptoms may be due to antibiotic, spread of infection, or other causes. Get the tooth treated NOW.

2 separate problems: 1. See your PCP for abdominal pain. 2 See a dentist for treatment. A dental abscess is potentially life-threatening condition. Take care.
