My tsh is 4, total t3 (liothyronine) is 170 total t4 is 9. is this normal despite i exhibit symptoms of hypothyroidism? what tests should? should i do the free test?

Normal values: The lab results you provided are within normal range and it is unlikely that you are hypothyroid. It would be prudent to consult an endocrinologist for care as this is not an issue for self testing and/or self care.
