Any risk factors?: Usually when I see a 27 y.o. with chest pain it is NOT a heart attack. It's not impossible, just not the top of the list! If you have chest pain with difficulty breathing/tight that is worse with exertion and better with rest then go to ER. If you abuse drugs/nicotine, have a parent or sibling that has had a heart attack
