No more testing: Skipped beats (palpitations) are usually not important in presence of a negative (normal) cardiac work up in an otherwise healthy 26 yo riding bike (may be too hard?).

No unless it worsen: Skipped beats, or more correctly, premature beats with a pause afterwards, are very common and usually not significant. They should be further evaluated if associated with symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath or dizziness. If they are aggravated by exertion, this may be significant as well.
