See a cardiologist: Chest pain with left should radiation in a South Asian merits early medical follow up and evaluation by a cardiologist. Risk stratification with evaluation of tobacco use, family history, fasting lipids, etc. is warranted. Go to ER if chest tightness lasting more than 20 mins.
