I have had pains in my chest for weeks now. all heart tests normal. pain starts just left of sternum and radiates towards shoulder/ arm. winded easily?

Need more info: Do you have tenderness, or pain there when you move your shoulder or neck, or when you take deep breaths? Is it a sharp pain? It's not your heart because you state these tests were ok. So please send more info. Hope that helps.
