CT angio I use more as a screening test in patients without symptoms, but with some risk. If you're having symptoms, get checked. I'm guessing you have some history given that you had the CAD-RAD test. You may need to get back to the basics, a simple ekg and stress test along with examination to start of course

Although a CADRADS 0 was reassuring, especially if also coronary calcium was 0, new symptoms need current prompt evaluation since there are several potential causes for your symptoms. It may be that the physician would think that CCTA could be helpful, especially if they also look at aorta. Best wishes.
