Surgery and wt: Generally speaking there should be no connection between weight loss and surgery. Most people put on three or 4 pounds in the first 23 days after surgery it's his response to stress and storage of water body. That's quickly lost in the days that follow. Often people lose a few pounds because appetite is down. Pain medicine make you nauseated. Pcos surgery unlikely to change even after drilling.

Yes: However it will not be easy. You have to make sure you are doing everything that you can to improve your diet and increase your metabolism. Getting as much exercise as possible (both cardiovascular and strength training too) and closely monitoring your daily calories. Make sure you are on metformin if you can tolerate it your doctor agrees. Also check your hormone levels. www.hormonedoctor.com.
