Pcos: PC OS is a real entity and can affect fertility. Usually in my practice we try to control the insulin resistance and if need be start patients on Met Formin and thenTry ovulation induction with Clomid (clomiphene) or femara. We usually check a mid cycle scan to evaluate follicles. Rarely will laparoscopic suture improve pcos
