Over the counter med: Poly cystic ovary will give regular pains, due to mensuration related problems, swollen ovary, etc, if it is procedure related , it will be temporary . Do not take narcotics, just over the counter medications. Stretching exercises, yoga, swimming, and weight loss ( most common problem in pco) will help you, good luck.

Not many: Usually a heating pad or warm to hot soaks will help relieve the abdominal pain. Hopefully the abdominal pain will not last for more than 24 hours.
