PCOS: You probably should have your gyn give you clomid, (clomiphene) for several cycles to see if you ovulate. If that fails then i suggest ovarian stimulation with gonadotropins.

Start period: You need Progesterone to start your menstrual cycle. Once the menstrual cycle has started then consider a medication that will help you ovulate such as clomid, femara, or injectable gonadotropins. Also Insulin resistance may be treated with glucophage (metformin).
