Yes: That tea will have benefits in terms of helping you to relax, and, of course, the Ativan will also help you to relax. Both the tea and Ativan may make you sleepy so you'll be more sleepy and relaxed if you take the tea and Ativan together than Ativan alone, but it is safe to take both.
