Maybe: Ginger often gives me heartburn these days (the wages of aging) If something is making you sick, possibly, stop taking it and see if that helps. If so, maybe less ginger, or less total amounts will help. If not related to the ginger, see your doc and see what else it could be.

Try this: The best way to tell if your symptoms are due to the boiled raw ginger with lemon is to avoid this for a few days. If you are still having pain and cramps,see a doctor to get evaluated.Good luck
